At Dx Computer Service we offer computer services with a personal touch. Each customer has unique needs and problems. As such, each customer is treated as an individual, not as a service tag like at the national computer repair chains. When you call us with a problem we come to your home, meet with you, and LISTEN to what your needs are. Then together we discuss what the available options are and decide together how best to proceed. This approach has worked very well for our customers.

Most of our services are offered to you in your home or place of business, but if shop service is required, we provide free pickup and delivery within the Lake Country and Milwaukee areas. I wanted to let you know how thankful everyday I am for your wonderful service that you gave me. You have giving me I renewed excitment in the world of computers. When you completed the work I was in computer kindergarten, I work quite a bit so I have only progressed to about first or second grade. What has made the difference for me is the reassuring feeling that my computer is working or that I can call the best computer man in Wisconsin if it is not.

Being highly recommended by friends,I called Dave when my computer crashed. Being a secretary for three busy companies, I definately needed prompt repair. He came right to my home that same evening to pick it up, and he personally inspected and diagnosed it-all entirely free! But the best part was that my computer only went from my hands to his. Being a computer illerate single female, who dreads the turmoil of needing computer repair, it was refreshing to find Dx Computer Service. Dave patiently and personally helped me throught the entire process in a language I could understand. I was thrilled to have the luxury of FREE in-home pick-up and delivery, as the thought of me having to disassemble as well as reconnect everything on my own is quite intimidating.
