Started in 2006 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Dx Computer Service began with the vision of offering personalized customer service, and affordable computer repair for customers in the Fox Valley area. In 2007 we relocated to Hartland, Wisconsin and expanded our business to include service to the Lake Country area.
Thanks to all of our wonderful customers, our vision has proved a huge success! We are now expanding again! Our Germantown move is now complete and we are now serving customers in the Menomonee Falls, Germantown, and Mequon areas.
At Dx Computer Service we offer computer services with a personal touch. Each customer has unique needs and problems. As such, each customer is treated as an individual, not as a service tag like at the national computer repair chains. When you call us with a problem we come to your home, meet with you, and LISTEN to what your needs are. Then together we discuss what the available options are and decide together how best to proceed. This approach has worked very well for our customers.
If your new or existing computer is not doing exactly what you paid for it to do, give us a call and describe your problem to one of our experienced computer professionals. Or, if you prefer, one of our technicians can visit you at your home or office to discuss your problem face-to-face.
Most of our services are offered to you in your home or place of business, but if shop service is required, we provide free pickup and delivery within the Germantown, Menomonee Falls, Mequon, and Milwaukee areas. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss or schedule a service, please e-mail us by clicking here or by calling us directly at 262.751.9888. We are here seven days a week to serve you!
With a proven record of customer satisfaction, and over 150 satisfied customers, your complete satisfaction is our promise and our guarantee. Give us a call today!
