Please allow me a moment to thank you for the recent recovery work you
performed on my business laptop. All is now back to normal and I couldn’t
be more pleased.
If you recall, I phoned with a big problem as I was hit with a spy-ware
virus that wouldn’t allow me to enter any of my programs or files. I was
in deep trouble. Many years of my work was on that computer. And yes, I
admit, I failed to back-up almost everything.
At first, I went back to the big-box store where I purchased my laptop as
they nationally promote having a squad of technicians who fix this kind of
stuff. When I went in, the only question the kid asked me was did I have
my manufacturer’s disks. He said these types of infections are so severe;
all he could do was erase all my data and reload the programs. Wisely, I
decided to wait.
Then I called you. You said simply that with your tools you would be
surprised if you couldn’t fix my problem. No promises; but you had a high
degree of confidence. And you were right.
You picked-up my laptop on a Friday evening and had it back to me the
following Monday. You not only fixed my problem but installed protective
software as well; at no additional charge. And you cleaned my computer and
took the time to explain to me in detail how I might avoid these kinds of
problems in the future.
Dave, I really couldn’t ask for better service; you truly exceeded my
expectations.
